Return appointments are shorter in length. They are either 30 or 45 minutes long, depending on each individual’s health concerns and goals.
If you have any extended medical coverage, you can send a copy of your bill to your provider and, depending on the plan you have, you may get a reimbursement, up to your yearly limit.
We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and cash for payment. We do not accept cheques.
We schedule appointments from Tuesday through Saturday. The office is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, however, reception hours may vary. We usually book first appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
Please note that we do not double or triple book appointments so without adequate notice (72 hours for initial consultations and 48 hours for subsequent visits) it is too late for us to offer the spot to someone else. People are really good about calling in if they can’t make their appointment, and therefore, we can sometimes get you in a little sooner.
• While fees are not covered by Quebec Medicare, many insurance companies offer coverage for naturopathic services. Check with your insurance provider for more information.
• In naturopathic practice, scheduled visits are significantly longer than in other forms of medicine. As such, missed or inappropriately cancelled appointments can account for a significant amount of lost appointment time over the course of the day. We do not overbook patients in this practice to account for missed or cancelled appointments. It is therefore necessary to enforce the following cancellation policy.
• You are responsible for the full fee of a missed appointment unless you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel your initial consultation and 48 hours notice for subsequent visits.
• We will make every effort to contact you with a reminder of your appointment time in the days prior to your booking and ask that you call the clinic to confirm your appointment time if necessary.
