Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing, yet effective form of therapy
The history of reflexology is believed to date back to 2500 BC. Reflexology is a natural non-invasive therapy that stimulates the body’s self healing process. It is based on the principle that there are zones and reflexes on the feet that map to other parts of the body.

Reflexology aims to treat the individual as a whole, in order to induce a state of balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit.

Through the application of firm and gentle pressure on the specific reflexes, reflexology promotes the following:

·       Increases circulation
·       Helps reduce tension and relieve stress
·       Can help relieve pain
·       Helps the body to detoxify and cleanse

As a preventative measure or when dealing with stress, pain or injury, reflexology helps restore the circulation of fluids and energy throughout the body, allowing for a return to normal functioning and homeostasis.
