Privacy Policy
What personal information is collected?
When clients call to book appointments or purchase products we collect their name, phone number, address and email address. This information is used solely for this reason and is disposed of after it is no longer required.
Credit card information is only used for the purposes of completing a commercial transaction (for example client visit or product purchase) and is stored securely by a Third party service provider (Quick Books).
Withdrawing Consent
Personal information (PI) is used by the West Island Integrative Health Centre in sending its newsletter by email.
Clients may withdraw consent in receiving the newsletter directly from the email, via Jane App or by contacting the office.
Third Parties
Personal information (PI) is not sold to third parties, however, the West Island Integrative Health Centre uses software requiring PI and stores it securely. These third party softwares have privacy policies which are in accordance with applicable Quebec laws.
It is recommended to review their privacy policies in order to better understand what is done with client personal information.

Note that some third party service providers reside in jurisdictions outside Quebec and therefore client personal information also falls under the laws of those jurisdictions.

The West Island Integrative Health Centre enforces a reasonable security policy with respect to your personal information.
