Ashley is a board certified naturopathic and functional practitioner with a special interest in women’s health and fertility.
She studied at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Since then, she has taken advanced courses in integrative and functional approaches in women’s health and fertility.
Ashley uses natural and lifestyle approaches to help with hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, PCOS, endometriosis, fatigue, fertility and other health issues. Every system in our body is connected and affects one other. She helps women reach ideal health by optimizing their body systems.
Ashley believes that when a woman’s body is in balance and optimized, she has the energy and strength to accomplish her dreams.
