Anabela Souto has been working in the fitness and health care industry for over 15 years.
Anabela studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Ontario, where she completed her training as an RHN, and received her diploma in Natural Nutrition. In Quebec, Anabela is not permitted to use the title of Register Holistic Nutritionist as there is no regulation for her diploma in this province. Anabela is not a member of l’ordre des diététistes et nutritionnistes du Québec (L’ODNQ). In the province of Quebec, she works as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, which is not to be confused with a nutritionist or dietitian. Anabela also has a passion for physical wellness and has a background as Certified Personal Trainer, Small Group Trainer, Fitness Kickboxing and Yoga.
Prior to embarking on her journey to holistic health and wellness, Anabela had studied Political Science at Concordia University, and Law at the University of Ottawa. Throughout this time, Anabela decided to change her lifestyle by including consistent exercise, a healthy diet focusing on digestive health, meditation, and other holistic practices. She now has more energy and vitality which helps her to continue to enjoy her active lifestyle.
Anabela continues to use exercise to improve strength, longevity and enhance mental health. She is an avid lifelong learner and is always striving to expand her knowledge and skill sets through continuing education to better serve her clients. She has a special interest in women’s health, weight loss, mental wellbeing, stress, and sleep concerns.
Anabela has been cooking since the young age of 12 and is passionate about food and staying active. She is dedicated to helping others transform their own life by experiencing true nourishment, health and vitality. Anabela uses a powerful whole-istic approach incorporating the 4 pillars of health principles to ensure the mind, body and spirit connection addressing the body as a whole.
Anabela is a member of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association.
